Den Networks — den hd channels not working

All DEN HD channels aren't working since last 15 days. I had contacted the local cable operator many times but they are unable to resolve the issue. The local cable operator is saying that the problem is from the DEN server room. Hence, I have also tried reaching DEN customer service number but no luck so far.

Please Note - All SD channels are working fine.
