Den Networks — den is charging against trai norms

Dear sir/madam,
My understanding - for 100 channels i need to pay ra 130+tax. 25 channels are mandatory and i can choose 75 channels (Fta or pay channels of my choice). For every 25 additional channels i have to pay rs 20 + tax.
Den has denied this, i had sent multiple e-mails to den and also wrote to nodal officers.
Even if i choose 1 pay channel (Any one sony, colour etc) - they are making that on top of 100 channels. They are not counting any pay channel in initial 100 channel list.
They are openly making mockery of trai guidelines and looting public. Request you to please have a look.
