nobody is coming for service even after calling several times on customer care and local distributor.
the set top box is defective and they dont provide any receipt of the set top box . since 14-15 days nothing happend till now.They told that they will replace the defective box by the new one but nobody came after that call.THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE BY ANY CABLE OPERATOR I HAVE EVER SEEN . On every call they said that "we will send someone" but...we are still waiting.. Was this information helpful? |
