Den Networks — for shifting of connection

Sir, back in march i have shifted from my previous location that was landor cantt mussoorie to just 2 kms away location, which is currently as sunrise resort balahissar mussoorie..
I had requested to the area den distributor personnel about six months back back to shift my connection and check my set top box as it had some problems they assured me they will get to me soon... But it has been six months i have been continuously askn them to give a connection but they have heard and ignored my request... Sir i'm govt employee in the local municipal corporation i can take action on such careless customer service but firslty i tought of reaching out to u... Plz do the required
