Hi Team, My connection is frequently getting disconnected due to issues from your end and this is continuously going on for last 3 months. Now this is heights and intolerable for me as it is disconnecting in every 5 mins for half hour and then it comes and goes and this is continuing for last 14 days. I am logging a complaint everyday but your technicians are useless. If this is not resolved by tomorrow I have to quit your connection. In last 14 days I am not able to use your service for 4 days also. Even your technicians are not able to find where is the problem whether the frequency is stable or not why there are RTOs.They even come to visit without any device to check.Sometimes wire is cut or multiple Ips issues and so on. If I do the recharge on time I need the service also on time I have to call customer care to log a compliant every day. Either i have to go to TRAI or you will extend my validity for next 15 days as I am not able to use your service for 2 weeks. ou can check how many complaints I have logged from last week. and all are resolved without confirmation from the customer only to save the SLA.I need a permanent resolution.
