Den Networks — I am complaining about den cable operators

My cable operator came to our house and taken the money from me and said that cable will be activated in few hours but after calling them again that our dish is not coming then he said that it will be activated after 7-8 hrs then after that i again call to them he said now the dish will be activated tommorow morning 11am but i again call next day at 12 pm he then cut my call and then i again tried to call him but my number has been blocked by him and after that i call him with second number he picked up the call and then i said him to return my money then he siad he will give after 1 hr and till now 3 days later he doesn't return my money and my cable is also not activated .
I live in bareilly city, kishore bazar colony and the cable operator name is Ravi.
