Den Networks — My internet is not working for last 5 days

Please talk to their seniors, they are saying that my street Association is not allowing them for repair. I had a word with my street Association and what they are saying is that whenever their engineer came to fix the wire they break others wire in process to fix their wire, Association is asking the permission letter from their seniors to bring whenever they are coming for the repair.

Could you please ask Den Internet Provider to fix my issue I have raised complaint at Den and ID is CS1096383
