Hello sir, This to inform you that i am a user of DEN cable network, i am facing technical no signal issue from last 2 months, our local cable operator dosen't receive calls, and when i call customer care to check status of my complaint they said that your complaint is closed, My complaint is colsed without solving my problem and without informing me.
