[Resolved]  Den Networks — No cable Network and not getting bill for payment

I am an unfortunate user of DEN network services in Ghaziabad Indirapuram, Gaur Green Avenue. The local DEN network providers does not listen to complaints. For the last 4 months we are continuously complaining regarding the problem but the service provider takes no action against it. They send their agents for bill amount even than the network is not working more than 20day in a month and while making payments if we ask for bill the agent reply we will not be able to give bill till march 2015. why I should pay the amount to the operator if he is not giving bill for the same. It means they are not paying any taxes to govt. Request you to please take immidiate action
