Den Networks — Non providing bills

I am a subscriber to den cable network in delhi shahdra, mohan park. I am paying for the uses of the cable networknetwork bt i am not provided any type oof bill or reciept. Some times they charge us twice in month . if we ask for bill or reciept they misbehave with us and says that we will cut your connections. I want action iin this regard.
