Den Networks — not getting zee channels

Im not getting zee channels from past 3-4 months. Even after giving multiple complaints with the local operator at kochi, kakaknad, kerala, no one bothered to look into it or even to give a reply. After multiple enquiries now they are saying that we need to pay an additional cost for getting it. I have taken yearly subscription and it seems to be complete waste to me.

Zee news channel is not there in list. I have subscribed all news channel then also zee news is not there.
