Den Networks — not providing channel as per my choice. | |||
Dear team, This is a message as i am a den cable customer but my operator is activated my cable package as per his choice and asking monthly as per his choice. I have requested my choice of channels in his mobile app but they are not accepted and asking only renewal as per his choice. Please suggest me how can i view channel as per cable operators choice. They have 4 numbers listed, 2 email addresses and 1 whatsapp number but nobody is contactable on any of these. This is the 2nd time this has happened, the last one being around 2 weeks back.
