Den Networks — Not taking any action on complaint through customer care service

I am den broadband registered user mb num [protected] rakesh kumar gupta I am facing internet connectivity issues from 3 days and i complaint about it but they always said that technician will be there in 24 hrs but no one came and this problem happens at least thrice a month please do something I already paid for 6 months I am a student I can't afford to pay another operator.
