Den Networks — on regular monthly den package payment for 2 months till date not resolved

I am consecutively making payment of my den cable package to LCO till date my request channels are not updated, already made no of calls, lots of mental harassment.
Plz guide where I should go and what to do.
I am making complaints from almost 2 months and visited no of times to get it resolved.

I fed off by complaining now I request you plz consider my complaints.
Or suggest me what is the best possible solution for this.
