Den Networks — overcharging by operator | |||
Dear sir/madam I am a resident of vp block, maurya enclave, pitampura, delhi-110034. My local cable operator (Runs by the name of royal cable) provides set up box connection of den networks in vp block. He has been charging three hundred and thirty rupees (Rs.330) including all taxes for over two years from us for supreme pack whose actual charge is three hundred and five rupees (Rs.305) including all taxes.in fact, he does not provide us with any bill and not even any valid justification for overcharging. When i found that he's been overcharging, immediately i lodged a complaint against him at den networks' s customer care on 13th july 2017 and i was assured that stringent action would be taken within 48 hrs. But it has been more than a month and no action has been taken yet.in the meantime, i lodged more complaints regarding the same but no action has been taken yet despite of having the conversation the with a senior executive at customer care of den networks. Complaint numbers are : 4441398 4489258 4494850 Now i have shifted my place from pitampura to rohini and that cable operator has renounced me to provide the noc. It's been more than a week since i shifted and my setup box is without any connection till now I hope strict action would be taken by the concerned authorities and i will be provided with noc as soon as possible.
