[Resolved] Den Networks — Pathetic and harassment | |||||
I was committed by the sales person that i will get the benefit of 3+1 i.e. to subscribe for 3 months on new connection i will get the 1 month free, however my den boom band wifi connection was stopped working on 11th Jan 2016, where was i opted this on 12th Nov 2015. I.e. the connection was stopped on the completion of 3rd month, i have complaint to customer care regarding the same and sent email as well but no response from them when i spoke to them they just keeping me on hold for more the 30 mins. I have all the documents duly signed by sales person on CAF and call recorded as well. I would like to lodge a complaint and Please take some action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
