I asked to the den network services provider that i want internet connection so i paid him money rs 748 and i was registered but after 1 week they couldn't setup connection, so i asked to refund my money. They made excuses but hasn't solved the problem. They told me call to our customer care no. So i made call but this company has not refunded till 3 months after that they have paid a cheque that had spelling mistake, so bank has refunded the cheque on same address. I again called their customer care so he told me send your details by mail and i did it. I called them more than 20 times and 2 times mailed but no response. Today i again made him call so they told me again revert on mail. Please ask them when they will refund money? They already had taken 4 months.
