I paid rs 1380 on 30th june'16 to an executive named varun (mobile no. [protected]) who assured me of the internet connection within 24-48hrs, however it has been 7 days and nobody has yet turned up. I have spoken on customer care no. [protected] and lodged complaint no. cas-549918n1w7, but despite repeated follow up from my end all my efforts are still in vain. I am highly dissatisfied with the response from the customer care and no response from sales person. Hence, need urgent help on this.
