I paid rs 1380 on 30th june'16 to an executive named varun (mobile no. [protected]) who assured me of the internet connection within 24-48hrs, however it has been 7 days and nobody has yet turned up.

I have spoken on customer care no. [protected] and lodged complaint no. cas-549918n1w7, but despite repeated follow up from my end all my efforts are still in vain.

I am highly dissatisfied with the response from the customer care and no response from sales person.

Hence, need urgent help on this.

Updated by yojnanath Just after i lodged this complaint, my brother received a call from [protected] who asked him to share his card number and VCC no. in order to process refund into the card. Since he was unaware of the refund process in such scenario, unfortunately he shared the details of my Mom's card which had approx. Rs 20000/- account balance which is now zero. They have withdrawn the entire amount.

My mom is a retired pensioner hence this was the only income in her account. I really want help in this matter and demand a strong action against all those who are involved in this.
