Den Networks — Poor Service Provided By DEN

Respected Sir/Madam, I have a internet connection of Den Boomband. I purchased it on 29th of june & till it is not working. When i do call to customercare they always said to me that this problem will resolve in 5 hrs but till yet it is not happen.
