Den Networks — Poor service so please disconnect

I got my connection on 26th march 2016. I am very undatisfied by the speed and range of the modem.The range of the mosem is only 5 metres that i cannot acess it in another room of my house. I asked them to either change the modem or disconnect my connection. I filed many complaints till now but no one came to resolve it . And i get the messege that your query has been resolved. How can they solve the query without visiting my place. This company is a fraud.I request to please disconnect my connectio n as soon as possible and refund my money . My user id is gu34826331.
