[Resolved] Den Networks — Poor services from Den Boomband internet services | |||||
T_7613 Tarun Tagra I requested for relocation my den connection on 30 July ticket no.CAS-625716-Y5C1 It was closed without any information after i wait again i called den customer care and they have said we are working on this with top priority and SLA is 5 days. Its more than 11 days and still not a single move on this task.It is a part of my daily routine to get up and start following up with Den customer care. Not only people at agent level but at Supervisor level person are very much irresponsible and no concern for customer commitment and no one has done anything on this as well. After that daily called den Boomband care to know the status and they have said they forwarded it higher level. It is very bad customer service and very pathetic experience with company like den Boomband. I am suffering last 12 days.
