Hello, I was using broadband connection of Den Boomband (http://www.denboomband.com/). I have put a broadband connection shifting request on April 02, 2016. My old address was: 25A, 3rd Floor, Pocket 2 Mayur Vihar Phase 3 New Delhi - 110096 My new address is: 29O, 3rd Floor, Pocket 2 Mayur Vihar Phase 3 New Delhi - 110096 They said the shifting will take 3 to 5 days. It''s now been 18th day and still they didn't shift the connection. I have already paid (Rs. 859) for the service (That I am not using for now) for this month as this is a pre-paid service. I have contacted their customer care lot of times but no one gives me information about when the complaint will be resolved. Kindly look into the matter.
