Hi team,
This is to inform you about pathetic customer service from customer care & field executives. I got a broadband connection last month for which i paid 2950/- for package. Now, i am not satisfied with your connection and requested to refund the amount, your customer care executive has put me on mute for a very long and drop the call. I don't why you hire such types of executives. On the other hand your field executive told me in case you want refund you will get that. Now, he don't know anything about the policy.
This comes under fraudery with the customers.
Kindly do the needful and refund the amount as soon as possible.
