I had place dthe order online from the given wesite but I have received totally different SAREEcloth (some low quality roadside stuff). When I received the order from xpressbee, they made me sign the document and took the payment first before handing me over the product. The delivery guy made me talk to the concerned person from xpressbee on phone and they denied taking back the parcel and returning mre my payment when I checked that it was not what I orderd. I am unable to apply for a return from the website as there is no option and the help center and contact details are not provided on he website. Therefore, I request you to guide me through this mess.

Please Discontinue my Den Cable connection as as it is giving me a lot of trouble for past three months.
Every next week there is some technical problem in the connection which takes 10-12 hours to get resolved

I am switching to DTH network now.
