Den Networks — Services issues | |||||
Hi, I have been using den boomband from last 4-5 monts and as far as their services are concerned it's worst. I have shifted my home in same sector in vasundhara ghaziabad. I shifted on 1st april and made a request to shift my connection on urgent basis and they told me it will take maximum of 3-5 days but as yiu r requesting it on urgent basis so we will do it before that. from them i have been calling them on urgent basis and they are not giving me any solution. Everytime i call them they are telling me it's in process and will take 3-5 days withount knowing the fact that it's been already 12 days. Because of them, i have lost my several project to deliver on time and have lost money as well. I have a already taken advance rental plan and paid them where thay are not able to provide me service and not able to and properly and reason behind the delay. I have spoken to their supervisors Name Rameez, Siraj several time and they are not giving any solution and everytime these people tell me to wait for 24 hrs. You can check my call records. Please take restrict action against them and ask them to compensate my money which i have lost because of them and projects as well.
