Den Networks — Set top box not working, complaint registered two months ago. | |||
I complained about a not working den networks set top box around two months ago with the local dealer, he took the set top box and said that it will be replaced. He didn't respond for over 15 days, we registered the complain with the customer care service as well. No action has been taken yet. First complain registered - june 2016 Customer care contacted - july 2016 Please look into the matter as this is one of the basic needs in any one's life, and no action whatsoever has been taken for the same.
