I am fed up with services from cable operator of your reputed company .I am regularly calling and ask for coming to repair set to box or wire fault if any but no body giving proper response due to this i could not able to enjoy my tvs program from last 3 days.So you are reheated to handle this situation and do the needful or i have to switch the brand if this kind of services will be provided.
