Den Networks — transfer of set of box

I am consumer of den network from last four years in delhi 110042 libaspur mac no. 247d6f523c, i have shifted another place in delhi but, your operator shivani cable mob. No.[protected]. Not give me noc. I have cleared all payment but i am trying from two days more not give me any proper response first he told me transfer exp. Rs.500/- but i am not give him any one ruppes then he has not give me any response please tell me any solution what should i do
