[Resolved] Den Networks — Unethical behaviour (Services not given as promised)

Dear Sir Account ID: SIDHARTH_20856 Rs. 1938/- has been paid on 23.10.2015 vide net banking towards re-activation of account. It has been told by executive that by paying subscription for 3 months, 5 months subscription will be given and I also received a mail from them on the same. But recently I got a message from Den that my account has been deactivated after 3 months(i.e. on 21th Jan 2016). 2 months free subscription was not given to me. Proof1 . Email from Den side. .
