Dena Bank — ATM swipe

Before 25 days i purchase a thing and i swipe the card and miney is deducted from my account but the shoppkeper did not get...so i contact bank but still today i dont get the company back in my account...i tried many time with bank person but they didnt solve my problem still yet...

So, plz help me...
I am very tired this Dena Bank...

Dear Sir
i am naran guri from adipur sir i just open joint accout in dena bank but oficer can not give me proprer prosedur for openinig new account
280/- amount deduct of my account but tata sky recharge not successful.
Refund my amount as soon as possible.
Already talk with paytm company said coordinate with bank.
