Dena Bank — reimbursement of my account | |||
Hii. My self ritesh jain an account holder of your reputed bank with account number is[protected]. I would hereby inform you that i had done an online transaction on the application of 'phone pe' for paying an electricity bill on dated 6th may 2018, at 11.47p. M. And the transaction was successful with transaction id: n[protected]. Then again after one hour i received that the transaction got failed with transaction id n[protected], later on again i received a message from the bank that "amount of rs. 3180 is debited from a/c xxxx5813 being txn done through pos on date[protected] available clear bal is rs. 6850.57 on 1.05a. M." The same matter i informed to the helpline of the application of phone pe and what they reverted that i have attached the screenshot in this e-mail. Still the amount has not credited to my account. Further i may request you that to take consideration of my request for the reimbursement of rs.3180 at the earliest.
