As discussed, due to recent developments my journey was requested to be postponed but got cancelled due to untoward circumstances not being development on fruitful note

Without utilization of services as requested you have deducted penalty
which is not valid as per rule book
I have contested your decision in a polite way
Please refund our deducted amount on good gesture for us to contact you again for journey itinerary
