I would like to bring to your kind notice the facts as stated here under regarding the money invested to your esteem company destimoney securities pvt. Ltd. (At 3rd & 8th floor, sugam business park, premises no j-6, block ep & gp, sector v, salt lake city, kolkata, west bengal 700091) in the form of fixed deposit of rs. 2.45 lacs for a period of 1 year at an interest rate of 11.99% pa, besides bsli policy cancellation amount of rs.3.24 lacs. Altogether rs.5.69 lacs

That i made payment of rs.2.45 lacs by drawing 3 (Three) cheques bearing no 085353 of rs. 1 lac on 19.06.2017 which was cashed/cleared by my bank (Axis bank, garia br. Kolkata) on 21.06.2017, i further issued 2 (Two) cheques on 30.06.2017 bearing no 085355 of rs.1 lac and 085356 (Cleared on 05.07.2017) and of rs.45 thousand (Cleared on 04.07.2017 by axis bank, garia br.). All the cheques issued in favour of destimoney securities pvt. Ltd. And were deposited towards fixed deposit at an interest rate of 11.99% pa. Neither your salt lake, kolkata office had issued any money receipt against the cheques deposited nor had given any fixed deposit bond, only your office had said within 15 days fixed deposit bond will reach to me.

One fine morning i received one kit containing health insurance paper, accidental death benefit insurance papers and some discount coupons in cards and papers which are worthless to me and in no way relate to my fixed deposit of rs.2.45 lacs plus rs.3.24 lacs (Altogether rs.5.69 lacs) to your company. Not only that till date i don’t know the fate of my insurance policy with birla sun life which i handed over to your office at salt lake, kolkata for cancellation though your office confirmed that i would get the highest benefit out of that bsli policy to the tune of over rs.3.24 lacs. Your office also assured that the said amount will also be invested in fixed deposit with your company destimoney securities pvt. Ltd. And will attract the same rate of interest of 11.99% pa.
I suppose i have been misguided by executive mr souvik roy and one of your senior executives ms sneha sanyal of your salt lake, kolkata office regarding the scheme. I am still can't understand in which scheme i have invested the money, in fd or in health insurance? If it is health insurance then i am not interested in keeping my hard earned money with your company in any form because my company bpcl where from i have retired a year ago takes enough care of it's retired staffs.

Under the circumstances i would like to request you to cancel my investment and arrange to refund me the entire amount of rs.5.69 lacs immediately by demand draft to drawn in my name or by enft to my bank account, details of which is already with you. I also request you not to send any kit to me.

I hope you understand the gravity of the matter and initiate the needful action in this regard.
