Me ek Container hu mujhe Gp number ke jarurat hai

I’m resident of trident embassy and from my balcony I can see every other day that the water from the top tank of Devika gold homes is leaking for hours. It’s an everyday affair as we have also complained to their guard about it, but no action has been taken. And tons of water is getting wasted everyday. It’s left open for 2-3 hours before closing the motor to stop the supply.
It’s being happening since few months now.
Please kindly take an action.

Dear Noida Authority,

I am writing to express my concern about the growing number of street dogs in our society. As a resident of this area, I have noticed that the problem has been increasing day by day and it poses a serious threat to the safety and well-being of the residents.

The street dogs are not only a nuisance but they also pose a danger to the residents. They often attack people, especially children, and even cause fatal accidents. It is imperative that immediate action is taken to address this issue and protect the residents of our society.

I would like to request that the local authority take necessary steps to control the population of street dogs. This could include setting up an animal control program to capture and sterilize stray dogs, as well as enforcing laws that prohibit feeding and nurturing of stray dogs.

In addition, there should be increased patrolling and monitoring of the society area to ensure that street dogs do not become a hazard. This can be done through the hiring of animal control officers or the use of trained volunteers.

I urge the local authority to take prompt action to resolve this issue and make our society a safer place for its residents. I am willing to contribute and volunteer my time and resources to support any initiative taken by the authority.

I was living in up kanpur . I face a very trouble while study in my house during 6pm to 10 pm there was a machine in my neighbor's house which create very much noise and making something like gold and also using dangerous chemical for cleaning it which cause difficulty in breathing and my board exams was very near, so plz resolved this problem as soon as possible.

I have purchased the 3 bhk in DG5 my NOC date was 5th oct.2021.
Sales team committed me to handover the flat before 4th of November but all commitments was false. On today (20th nov.) I am still asking for delivery.

The construction team is very very rude and unprofessional.
Some times they do not answers my phone calls.
Some time they told that they have not enough material supply from company.
They always talks about electricity meter shortage.
Even They have not washbasin supply.

In deap conversation with construction team it seems that they are actually bounded and trapped by devika group they told me that there is some cases which are pending from more than 6 months where the have not delivered the flat after NOC.

I am very unhappy with the experience with devika gold homz.

Meanwhile all the teams of devika have no coordination in each other.

I am an investor in Devika Gold homz project of Devika group and hold a 3BHK unit . Initially things were good but now there is no progress going on the site . When inquired from the site staff, they say construction will start after Holi next year at full swing . Even the site upkeep is very bad and the material used seems to be of inferior quality . We were promised possession in June 2016, but going by the progress at site possible date seems to be mid 2017 .

Hi, I have booked a flat in Devika gold homz project in June 2015 . I paid first instalment of 10% and rest was to be financed by bank . I submitted all my documents required by bank with builder a they were to get my loen processed under subvention scheme . In the month of July 2015, I got a demand of another 10% to be paid as per payment plan . I approached the builder and was told that bank loen will be for 80% of the total amount and I have to pay rest 20% and ony after I complete my 20% my loen will be disbursed . I paid the next installment of 10% in second week of August and inquired about my lon . I was told that loan will be sanctioned in a month and I need not worry . After waiting for two long months, I again contacted the builder about status and I was told that there had been some problem at bank end so the loen was getting delayed . I enquired about the bank as I have very good CIBIL score and was told that my file is with Axis bank . I contacted Axis bank with the file no given to me by the builder, only to know that Axis bank had stopped funding Devika Gold homz project long back as there were defaults from the earlier loens on the project and also was informed that few other banks have also stopped accepting new loan applications for the project . Also as the construction is going very slow, therefore banks are in cautious mode on this project . When contacted, staff at Devika were In denial mode but when insisted, they accepted that there is some problem with home loan on project . I am feeling trapped and has been asking for refund since then, but Builder is putting deaf ears to it . I am planning to take legal action against the builder . Please suggest me the easiest way to get my money out from clutches of this fraud builder .

I had purchased a flat in devika gold home in dg4. Now 15 days back I got a letter asking for more money around 50000rs as early as possible because they had to pay to farmers around 6crore rupees. When I went to their office in Nehru place they told me that high court had ordered all builders of noida extension to pay more compensation to farmers. Now I am not getting what to do ??? Please share ur experience that will help me allottttt...

I had booked a flat of 2BHK (695 sq. ft.) on 8th june 2010 which has now increased to 729sq. ft. After a long period of 6 months they gave me the allotment letter along with the demand letter. Initially they had said that they will pass the 85% loan but they handed me the demand letter without any loan clearance.
Then i applied in HDFC for the loan but they said that the DEVIKA PROJECT is still in the legal and technical clearance process. Although HDFC has my loan on 26 april 2011, but they will issue the money after the complete clearance of the project. Since then i am continously visiting the DEVIKA'S HEAD OFFICE at nehru place,but they haven't given me any satisfactory explaination. I told them that the bank will cancel the loan after 6 months and they say that if so happens then you will have to pass it again from the very initial stage.

6 month I booked a flat in devika gold homz ( pragati group ) through Dream homes named dealer in noida extension, price was 25 % higher than current market rate, si I submitted cancellation form 3 months back, still money not refunded, these people not giving any status also, I m totally losss of 6 lakh ruppes.
