[Resolved] Dg Services — dg services asking money for wrong qc report | |||||
My name is mangesh gunjal. I got sms from mr. Kishan from mobile no.[protected] for online form filling job. His company name is dg services and website is http://workfromhomes.in. i sent message on whatsapp for more details. He message me that you must have to submit 1500 forms. You must have to achieve cut off (I. E.1350 correct forms), payment per form - rs.20, totay days-10 days, max payment - rs.30, 000. If interested send email id and any one document, aadhar card or voter id or driving license for registration and agreement process. I sent details and documents on 02.08.2018. He completed registration process and he sent license agreement and told me to accept it and then you will get user id and passwork for work. I completed all procedure on 02.08.2018 and i received user id and password on 03.08.2018. I completed my work within 10 days and submitted work on 13.08.2018. As on 15.08.2018 i login on their website i saw that my qc report is fail. I go throw it and i found that more than 150 forms they have rejected because of reason "double space" and i used only single space. I called their helpline number [protected] and told that you have rejected my forms because of "double space", they reply me this is server generated report and cannot be changed or wrong. I told them i used only single space, i never used "double space" but they not accepted it. As on 16.08.2018 their advocate mr. Tejas joshi (Surat, gujarat), mobile - [protected], email-tejas. [protected]@gmail.com sent me messages as below on 16.08.2018. 1. We have sent you the payment pending intimation mail on your registered email. Reply us within today otherwise we will proceed further action against you, call us on this number for more details [protected]. 2. If you are not doing the payment till 2'o clock we will proceed your file. 3. If you do not receive the call then company will take legal action against you. 4. We have sent you the notice soft copy on your email and as well as in your whatsapp. Do reply within 7 days. 5. (As on 17.08.2018) we will send you the notice hard copy on your reidence address. Do reply us within 2 days or call us. As on 16.08.2018 i also got mail from advocate mr. Minhaz m. Patel, email id [protected]@gmail.com for payment of rs.4900 within 4 days. As on 17.08.2018 mr. Tejas joshi send me mail you have to pay rs.15510 otherwise you have to rs.50, 000 as total loss to our client. They are sending wrong report and asking for money by calling regularly. Aug 20, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved As on 20.08.2018 I received call from DG Services contact number 9904407004 told me that you will not get any call from our advocate so please mark this complaint as resolved this case and send me screenshot to email ID. So please close this complaint. If any problem arise from company I will inform you.

DG services online data entry from filling company demanding money and fully harassment to me
Sir a company Named DG SERVICES that is from Latur Maharastra is a form filling company and helpline email ID : ff.[protected]@gmail.com and helpline contact no [protected]. One of their Employee once call me and said offering you a form filling job sent me a adder proof document and I sent him and then they made a agreement on a non Judiciary stamp of my name as second party and their own as second party. Then they sent me a user id or password and sent me a website link named workfromhomes.in with their conditions, and they assigned me 1500 forms for form filling work 10 days time, which completed within 7 days itself due to my typing speed of 50 wpm and with 98% accuracy, so I know my capability and accuracy of my job, but when I completed and submitted my work on 7th day date next day itself I got replied that your qc result are now in website when I went and checked with website I found its mentioned qc results failed, but the data which I typed and which they sent in qc results both differs and showing more errors .now they are demanding money within nest day of submission of there qc result and continuously calling, SMS to pay money and when I googled and search the details regarding this company I found lot of people already filed complaint against the above mentioned company, after that a advocate of them contact me and demand money from me . And threatened me that if I don’t give money to them then they will file a case against me . I got a mail dated on 28 /08/2018 stating we legal department DG services hereby having your case for QC Fail of work by the advocate named AJAY GOEL, Surat, Gujarat, contact no: [protected]. And threatened me that make payment of RS. 8620, provide the screenshot of successful payment on this email ID associationadvocate.[protected]@gmail.com. On the basis of that they will provide me NOC letter and threatened me that If payment is not done then need to pay Rs. 50000 for total loss to his client. It also another advocate named M. PATEL, contact no: [protected] send me a legal notice by an email ID [protected]@gmail.com on 31/08/2018 and demand money within 4 days Rs .4900 + Rs. 2500, Sir I am a student, It is not possible to give money to me. Please help me sir.
I therefore request you sir, please take necessary action against them those who are cheating to innocent peoples.

maine apna work 100% accurate kiya tha but company ne meri qc report fail kr di, aur next day tejas joshi advocate ka mail aaya ke qc report fail ho gyi h to aapko 7510rs. pay krne h, aur ydi amount pay nhi kiya to aapke against case file kr diya jayega, main dar ke karan 7510rs. pay kr diye to unhone 6500rs. ki aur demand ki nhi to wo muje NOC nhi denge aur court me case krenge, to maine wo amount bhi pay kr diya, jbki meri qc report shi thi unko muje salary deni chaiye thi, total 14010rs. pay krne ke baad unhone muje NOC di, unke khilaf action lijiye, please help me
