Dear sir myself lovleen mittal . Me and my friends (5 person) was travelling from dubai to india. We reached at airport by time schedule. But while checking documents by dnata staff they took a long time.In between air india staff close the counter at 9 pm. We was waiting in a line. Air india Airline overbooked the flight they didn't allow us to board the plane. I have confirm booking .This is the scam Please do needful.
