My brother (Mr Raja Kumar Singh) somehow reached the airport at 6:26pm after an accident happened and he was carrying only check in luggage, but your Air India team has not let him check in and more importantly your flight was Delayed by 43min by the scheduled time.
But we have not got intimation by msg, call or call. and simply they are giving excuse that flight is delayed after check in time, but it was before take-off then why it got delayed and not let us enter to check in.
without any intimation you simply delayed the flight by 43min and harass the customer.
It's Highly unacceptable to kindly check thoroughly.
