I cancelled my ticked for a journey from Coimbatore to Delhi scheduled on 20 Jun 21 for which I am yet to get the refund. The ticket was cancelled on 13 Jun 21. I approached the customer care multiple times but unable to get the refund.
The ticket numbers are[protected] and[protected]. The PNR is ZD3RK. and flight number is AI -539.
