DGCA — Virgin Atlantic Airlines failure to deliver luggage

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am Brig K Ramani ( Retd )
My son Dr Ravi Ramani travelled in Vrgin Atlantic Airlines from Heathrow to Delhi.
Details are as follows

File ref number: DELVS19648
Flight detail: VS 0138-VS 0302, date of travel 14/11/2021 on VS0302 (LHR-DEL)
Final requested destination for luggage: Bhubhaneswar Airport

My son had come for funeral of my wife, his mother, at Bhubneshswar. He reached Delhi on 15 Nov. His luggage reached Delhi on 16 Nov. His luggage has not been forwarded to Bhubneshwar his destination till now.

We are leaving Bhubneshawr on 19 evening for Hyderabad.

Insipte of contacting Virgin Atllsntic Airllines and their assurance that it will be put on a flight to Bhubneshwar nothing has happened till now . They do not respond to calls and if they do it end up in empty assurance .

If the luggage does not reach Bhubneshwar by 19 Morning it is of no use to us as we will leave Bhubneshwar for Hyderbad on that day .

I request that appropriate action may please be taken so that luggage of Dr Ravi Ramani reaches Bhubneshwar by 19 NOV, and Virgin Airlines is penalised for their failure to provide services.
