Good afternoon.
I am facing a serious issue regarding applying for a name change in my LT connection. I want to apply for a name change in my consumer number, as one of my partners has been removed from the property partnership. I need to add a new name instead, but whenever I try to apply for the name change, the system shows the message: “You already applied.”
I contacted customer care, and they told me to try after one day, assuring me that they deleted my old application. However, even after waiting for the said time frame, I continue to face the same repeated issue.
I have attached all screenshots for your reference. As a customer, I am facing serious frustration and wastage of time. Please take this matter on top priority and resolve my problem.

I have already registered two complaints in the portal, which are still open. Additionally, I have spoken with customer service three times, but they are unable to understand my problem.
If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to the top level office and also raise concerns regarding the poor performance of the customer care complaint portal and call center. Please do the needful without further delay.
