Sir,
On 12th apr 2017 i ordered 2 pcs "redmi note 4 phone" and paid rs 5498.00 (Including tax) through canara bank debit card. But i do not get any confirmation mail to my given email id (Toppo. [protected]@gmail.com) and also not got any confirmation message in my given mobile no ([protected]). Now it is 21 days over till i dont get my ordered and paid mobile. Kindly take necessary step and inform me the expected delivery date. Thanking you,

I have order by two redmi note 4 on dt.12.04.2017. I have paid ruppees 5498 paid by credit card but i have no confirmed msg & mail but after deducting the amount no any confirmation came about order and session got expired. Please take nessesary action in my amount. My pay ment send by canara bank credit card.
Now i tried customer care no they are not received my call.
My mail id is toppo. [protected]@gmail.com

Sir,

Contact the customer care not received the call...
and call me to this no. [protected] and debit to Canara bank Debit card .
so, please re fund my amount to Immediate settlement with my debit card account.
Total Amt.12500+5498=17998 within an hour.
otherwise complain to Consumer forum & RTI.
