DHL — a simple mechanical watch "retained by customs for unspecified reason"

The watch bearing the item n° cl[protected]de, has got stuck in customs in mumbai 3 days back on 8th april 2019 and currently it shows that it has reached bangalore but its stuck for unspecified reasons and i am not sure how to get it cleared. Its a simple quartz movement type watch which i bought from company's indian online store. The company name is slow which is a startup company.

Please let me know what is required from me to clear this shipment. Thanks.
