A shipment sent to me by DHL from new zealand on 7th july is not delivered.

I was repeatedly asked for documents which I submitted, all of them.
I have written numerous mails.

The package is shuttling between AHMEDABAD and DELHI instead of moving to destination. It has been 20 days.

The amount paid for shipment is large, I don't expect so un-professional service from DHL.

Someone responsible has to look into this.
