This is about the consignment that I was supposed to receive on 04-April-2022
The consignment arrived at the Bangalore facility on 31-March-2022 - since then, I have been following up every now and then about the parcel
The customer service, and the customs rep do not give proper response - even if the required documents or info was provided, the pace at which communication happens is too slow - a snail would be quicker than the responses I get
The icing on the cake is that the website (https://mydhl.express.dhl/in/en/tracking.html#/results?id=XXXX) comments are ridiculous - as a receiver you do not know what is happening - at any given point of time, the only thing written is Clearance Event - how can I know what exactly is the status?
