Were found missing.

I had packed these items in plastic box with jewlery.
Received by customer in dhl card board packing.

First by whose permission packaging was changed as specifically it was mentioned artificial jewlery.

Details of items were taken by collection boy.

Why original and safe packaging was removed??

Who is responsible for change in packaging and stolen goods??

Why goods were sent in such shoddy packaging.

How will i be compensated.??

Instead of 6 items missing reported earlier there are 8 items missing. Please correct in the nos in previous complaint.
