Dear Sir / Madam,
I representing TCS Chennai employ supporting Banking client, in fact i had submitted all relevant documents as per KYC team advised like PAN card, Tcs offer letter, Electric Bill and declaration letter followed by I had received first courier successfully .
now the problem really is second courier remote token it suppose to arrive it got stuck at Bangalore customs for KYC, when I spoke to KYC folks to explain the situation they advised to get TCS HR for residence proof letter which i had received and uploaded in DHL KYC site that file also rejected.
I was terribly shocked my offer letter and TCS HR whom so ever concerns address proof letter were rejected . In fact i spoke to my Citi bank Manager and explained he hasn't happy too. I really don't know what to do. However i tried my maximum limit am pretty disappointed your service am sorry to emphasis on it. I don't have any choice.
please note that am also working corporate company for two more decades helping customers despite whatever they face and get an exceptions to help out eventually if customers happy we happy. but from DHL perspective I had rough lessons for sure this wound will not demise for sure. you may check my India numbers calls history and analyses it how i stressed. there is a limit for everything but this incident seems to be over the top .
lets wait and see what action you take and revert with good note. hope not an words am looking for an appropriate Actions.
