I am extremely disappointed with the way how DHL has handled this shipment so far and, sadly this is not sorted out since past 3 days.
None of your agents have shown any accountability whenever I reached out to enquire the status, and I have been provided conflicting status updates by multiple people.
Though your web tracking will be showing the sequence of events, let me explain it from my side.
20 May 2025: Your web status says "Delivery attempted but no response at Consignee address". - THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE STATUS AND CONSIGNEE WAS AT HOME WHOLE DAY.
21 May 2025: Your web status says "Delivery attempted but no response at Consignee address, a delivery note is left at premises". - THIS IS AGAIN FALSE REPORTING, CONSIGNEE WAS WAITING WHOLE DAT AT HOME FOR THIS SHIPMENT DUE TO THE PREVIOUS DAY'S MISS.
21 May 2025 : I have logged a complaint by contacting your customer care chat, and a call back was promised.
22 May 2025 : customer care called back and I was asked to visit the distribution centre at staples, 245 stratsburg road, Kitchener to collect the shipment.
22 May 2025 : I have Visited the staples, 245 stratsburg road, Kitchener, but I was told that the package is not with them. When I further inquired - the response was "Since there is a complaint registered for this, the customer care team will contact and give further updates, you can not collect the package from stores". If that is the standard process, Why I was informed to visit the DHL store at Kitchener?
22 May 2025 : received your below email, but seems you are yet to get any information from the operations team.
22 May 2025 : tried calling you back on the direct line given below, no response.
More than the delivery it caused, I am frustrated with the false status updates and conflicting information I am getting from different representatives of DHL.
