DHL Express India — AWB-[protected] : illegally holding laptop & extortion for money (in the name of customs duty)

DHL Express India team is holding my laptop illegally (used laptop, purchased in India & couriered back to India from UK). They are demanding to pay customs duty, but they refuse to produce any proof of customs duty demanded by customs department or that the laptop is in possession of customs. DHL has my laptop and is trying to extort money from me in the name of customs duty.
