DHL Express India — AWB [protected] Shipment stuck for 4 weeks

The shipment is stuck with DHL for 4 weeks now. We have been calling DHL everyday for 4 weeks now and we are not getting proper response from the clearance team. This is by far the WORST customer service we have ever seen. We'd like to escalate to the CEO if possible, that how mad we are. We hope you understand the frustration. Was this information helpful?
