Dear Customer Service Officer,
We have received the documents from Hong Kong on the captioned way bill and we are writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the condition in which our documents, sent from Hong Kong to India, were delivered.
On receipt of the documents, we have discovered that the documents were damaged. This is highly concerning as these documents are utmost important and irreplaceable. The wax seal of on top left corner of the documents is broken and documents are not acceptable to concerned authorities.
Given the importance of these documents, we request immediate clarification on the cause of the damage and the steps will take to resolve this issue. We kindly ask for compensation for the damage, and would appreciate it if the necessary measures are taken to ensure the safe and secure handling of future shipments.
Please let us know the next steps, and do not hesitate to contact me on +[protected] or @ [protected]@gmail.com should you need further details to resolve this issue
Thank you for your attention to this matter, we look forward to your prompt response
With regards
